Landing in Lukla
This plane is coming in to landing in Lukla, The beginning if the air strip is by the large tree on the center-left. The plane comes over the ridge (in the background) and has to perform a steep dive toward the air strip. By 10 AM the clouds hanging over the ridge had grown enough to hide the ridge from the approaching airplanes, making landing impossible.
